1 Kg size: wheat flour,butter, sugar, sultanas 9.8%, Italian category A fresh egg yolk from free-range hens 9.3%, candied orange peel 5.6% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), natural yeast 5%, (wheat flour, water), almonds 4%, candied cedar 3% (cedar peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), honey, flavours, hazelnuts, candied orange peel paste 0.4% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), peanut oil, potato starch, enzymes, salt, skimmed milk powder, egg white powder, barley malt, Bourbon vanilla extract. The product may contain traces of sesame seeds,lupines,peanuts and other nuts.
