For more than 77 years, the Rampoldi restaurant has embodied the Monegasque art of living by supreme quality, which stands out from the raw material to the service, today there is one more variable to recognize it: the mention in the 2021 Michelin Guide.
Superfine culinary experiences await you, curated by starred chef Antonio Salvatore, and intimate and fascinating atmospheres, to experience conviviality in Monte Carlo with charm.
Rampoldi has now inaugurated a new chapter in its glorious history, showcased in 2021 by the mention in the Michelin Guide and the Star awarded to La Table by Antonio Salvatore au Rampoldi.
Upon entering, you have the feeling of being in a place beloved by the regulars of Monte Carlo: the restaurant opened its doors in 1946, in the heart of Carré d’Or, barely a few steps from the Casino gardens, and since then its charm has never faded.
With a bit of luck, here you will meet international celebrities and members of the royal family who often sit at these tables to enjoy the legendary Dolce Vita, along with truly unforgettable dishes.
As soon as you walk past the entrance, let yourself be enveloped by the royal harmony of the main hall, inspired by the Belle Époque: the warm tones of the marble and wood claddings, the decorations on the ceilings, the crystal chandeliers, the mirrored arches on the walls and the comfortable seats in dove-gray leather.
As if by magic, the design of the restaurant manages to integrate its two souls into a single reality: it balances the future, with an innovative look, and the indispensable past, bearing the unmistakable charm of the old Rampoldi.
To feel part of the creation process of the dishes, you can watch the starred chef at work with his brigade through the glass window of the magnificent open kitchen: a unique interaction that the chef wanted to have with his diners.
If you wish, you can have the privilege of having lunch or dinner on the removable terrace with a breathtaking view of the Principality.
In the dehors, heated and set up with the same level of refinement as the interiors, the chef’s delicacies are served every day of the year. An exception is the month of May, when the terrace is dismantled to allow the passage of the Grand Prix.
In winter, you can choose to sip a drink at the cocktail bar inside the restaurant, an elite meeting point in which you can enjoy an atmosphere of refined sharing.
You can also divert your experience to a more intimate dimension, in the heart of the restaurant, in Antonio Salvatore’s La Table, where the starred chef gives full expression to his creative flair.
