Here at Rampoldi we have understood this trend and our chef Antonio Salvatore has inaugurated his luxury grill with a dedicated menu. He was bewitched – as you will be – by the ancient bond between mankind and fire, the delectable aroma that emanates from the embers, the amazing taste of the meat. Indeed, one of the secrets to make flawless grilled meat lies in the careful selection of the world’s most luxurious and appropriate cuts of meat.

Just to make your mouth watery: the Tomahawk, the seasoned and aromatic American Black Angus tenderloin on the bone, or the Entrecôte of Rubia Gallega, a Galitian bovine breed that grazes freely in pastures scented by the ocean. If you love sophisticated flavours, you should order a tender New Zealand’s Angus sirloin, or the Rossini burger with truffle and foie gras.

However, the chef’s creativity will satisfy even those who love stronger tastes, with offers such as grilled New Zealand’s lamb ribs or the spiced and richly flavoured Peasant chicken.
