All our philosophy and Rampoldi’s magical atmosphere is contained in this video

Do you know that in the heart of Monte Carlo, barely a stone’s throw from the legendary Casino, our restaurant offers culinary emotions in a very stylish royal décor? We were born in 1946 but we completely renewed ourselves in 2016, along with the arrival of chef Antonio Salvatore.

With his typically Italian mastery, Antonio prepares every day delicious handmade ravioli stuffed with seasonal filling or a super-tasty pizza, ideal for sharing with friends. The Mediterranean philosophy inspires us, finding its expression in a synthesis of French and Italian tastes. The love for quality that we put into each of our creations has earned us the prestigious Restaurant de Qualité seal, issued by the Collège Culinaire de France.

If you decide to visit us, remember that you can experience lunch or dinner on our heated terrace, a glass casket directly overlooking the legendary Carré d’Or: the comfort will be the same as that of our dining room.

To round off your Monegasque Dolce Vita experience, treat yourself to the pleasure of a drink or tobacco in our downstairs Cigar Lounge: discover a glamorous club with a program of sensational social events.

Before saying goodbye, you have the opportunity to buy Rampoldi brand gourmet products: Pastificio Gentile pasta, spreadable liquorice root cream, lemon-flavoured olive oil from Sorrento and many other goodies for you or for the joy of those you love.

If you love sports or enjoy worldly events, you cannot miss Monte Carlo from 23rd to 26th May. The 77th edition of the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix awaits you. It is a mythical competition, which takes place on the slowest and most difficult track of the World Championship where, in past years, names like Schumacher, Senna and Prost have made their triumph.
Choose to experience the GP from the heart of the Principality and enjoy our evening opening for an incredibly luxurious gourmet dinner. Chef Antonio Salvatore will win you over with a refined culinary style, a synthesis of French and Italian excellence. Among hot and cold appetizers, pastas, risottos and soups with a tasty and decisive flavour, noble meats and fish and highly creative desserts, you will take a plunge in the most authentic Monegasque Dolce Vita. In the world of engines, Bugatti is the undisputed symbol of performance, style and revolutionary engineering. In Monaco the car manufacturer founded in 1909 by Ettore Bugatti rose on the highest steps of the podium in the first Grand Prix: it was 1929 and Marcel Lehoux raced at the wheel.

Today the city dedicates to the Italian-French brand an unmissable exhibition for all fans of GP and Sport vehicles. The appointment is at the museum hosting Prince Albert II’s car collection at Le Terrazze di Fontvieille, until 10 March 2018. All models are fully functional and come from private collections. A century of design, elegance and efficiency, with bolides ranging from 1910 to 2016.

In this showcase of exceptional collectibles of historic cars, you can admire the efficiency of the Type 43 (1930), the royalty of the Type 46 (1931), the beauty of the EB110, up to the last two jewels of the manufacturer, 2015 Veyron and Chiron 2016.

Prince Albert has already visited the show accompanied by David Coulthard, former driver and Formula 1 champion. Do you want to take a journey through time between 15 luxurious and rare wonders too?
As for the gourmet stop that you might want to do before or after the visit, we are waiting for you at Rampoldi!

It has been a great honor for Rampoldi to participate as a sponsor to the Monte Carlo Polo Cup, a sport event of international scope that took place from September 28th to October 1st. The opening ceremony in Place du Casino was a chance for us to be protagonists in the traditional horsemen parade, wearing our trademark orange t-shirts with the Rampoldi logo.

The four days of the tournament were intense and the unique environment, imbued with sport, luxury and cultured life, conquered the hearts of all the participants. In the awe-inspiring landscape of the Domaine the Virevent, which you can reach by car in just a few minutes driving toward the hills of the Principality, the Monegasque people conducted organized, progressive sessions of training, having access to the field for practice and to participate to local and international tournaments.

Additionally, this year Francesco Mitrano, founder and president of the Monaco Polo Foundation, had proudly announced the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco. Closing the event, two «must-see» events marked the height of sophistication: the ceremony for the assignment of the «Ladies Hat» prizes and the charity gala dinner to support the Fondation Princesse Charlène de Monaco.

Rampoldi has always been a cherished place for many celebrities from across the world who feel they have found a home among its walls. August saw us enjoying the company of Grigory Leps, an author, composer and performer who is greatly appreciated in Russia. He is loved by many russian-speaking enthusiasts due to his composite musical style, which is capable of shifting from traditional music to soft rock. The artist, well-known for his imposing baritone voice, stopped by Monaco to perform on 13th August at the Monte-Carlo Sporting Summer Festival. Obviously, we could not miss the chance to get a picture of him with our chef Antonio Salvatore.

Monte Carlo and sport, a match that never let you down. Obviously the Grand Prix and the Master Tennis would come to mind when you think of peak events, but the Principality’s pearl is a world-class destination when it comes to riding competitions as well.

From June 23rd to 25th, the Jumping International brought together the best horsemen in the world for a very hard fought steeplechase. Here at Rampoldi we have reaffirmed our commitment to the city’s sport and social life by sponsoring this extraordinary event. There was no shortage of thrilling moments: the horsemen exhibited all their boldness and courage on the narrow, sinuous track set up in Port Hercule. In the end the trophy went to Alberto Zorzi, but the contenders included Jennifer Gates and Jessica Springsteen, whose vip dads were cheering for them from the gallery.
