Regatta with a gourmet stop

The 21st of August is approaching and the boats that will perform the thirteenth edition of the Palermo-Monte Carlo regatta are preparing to set sail. 500 miles separate the two historically linked sea cities, a route filled with cultural values, beautiful landscapes and technical challenges. The event is organized by the Circolo della Vela Sicilia and the Yacht Club de Monaco, in collaboration with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda.

The magic of fireworks

Participants from several nations will compete for 20 minutes, gifting magnificent displays of light and noise effects to the public gathered in the Quai Albert I. The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most impressive races since it takes place in the streets of the Principality. Our restaurant enjoys a privileged location to experience the event directly from its very heart. Chef Antonio Salvatore has created a special menu for the two days prior to the race: a gourmet itinerary ranging from Rampoldi's must-have creations to make you taste the sophisticated raw materials and their genial combinations.
